Charlie Bradbury is an NPC like minerva. was a character once apon a time, but so long as we are leaving the syndicate as an option, I'd like to leave bradbury as an npc, if thats ok

NPC or not she's still Viv's and wasnt included in her keeping chars ;p The difference between her and Minerva is Minerva is a staff NPC account - any staff member can use it, Charlie is Viv's NPC, not a community used char
If you're gonna play her and Viv is good with letting you have her sure

A bit (a lot) late, but I'd like to keep Kieran, Cole, Eoghan. Theta and Dirge will have to be back-burnered for now. Also, Reggie is NPC, so he can stay about. Am I missing anybody?
