Officially this city was setup out as a potential alternate capital for the Alliance Parliament during the Unification War. Although never officially used its construction became a showpiece of Alliance power, wealth, and sophistication. For Osiris, in the time of war, Kongzhong Huayuan's construction provided an economic stimulus that was desperately needed and encouraged immigration to the new city.

This beautiful city is noted for its hanging gardens and glowing appearance. Throughout the metropolitan area are great arching towers of glass and ivy. The streets are frequently crisscrossed with walking overpasses, alive with the richest green perennial intertwining vines. Many of the decorative condominiums have leveling terraces, laden with exotic foliage of flowers that bloom in each season.

If this is your first visit to Kongz' Hua', then do not miss the opportunity to venture along the "Steps of Egypt," automated sidewalks that run along the beating heart of the city. From these walking highways, you can get to any major center under the canopy of fantastic arrangements of ever moving gardens. A spectacle you will not want to miss.
