The Captain: She's definitely not the easiest choice for captain and she didn't plan to become one from the start, it just sort of fell into her lap. But she is not one to jerk your chain or turn her back on you unless you've done her or her allies wrong. Priya does have a temper and can react violently at times.

Tell us about the Ship: The story behind the Athena is a complicated one in a way, it started out as a request from a childhood friend who asked for Priya's assistance. To help her hunt down a man that had stolen from her and broke her heart; it didn't take much for Priya to agree. First she had to take a vacation leave from her position as an Alliance Officer, to get this her superior sent her on one last mission. After gaining a few crew for the Athena Priya explained the situation, they agreed to assist. Everything went smooth for the first steps, then took a turn for the worst when Priya was betrayed by her superior. To make matters worse soon they were attacked by a reaver ship before they could make it back to planet. Her friend was killed in the attack.

Needless to say the plan changed, the Athena which had been purchased by her now deceased friend was left in the hands of Onas Knox while Priya sought her revenge. During those many months of bloodshed and death, Priya acquired a clean alias, Paige Demore and asked a friend to put ownership of the Athena under that name. She hasn't seen her ship since she left ten months before now. It's purpose now is unsure, it's future cloudy.

Aces of Eights B.23

Arms; Five thirty millimeter gunpods. Five thousand rounds combined. All five are retractible with intergrated hull casing to disquise them. How well you ask? It made it through Alliance Inspection... Mounted with two on bow, One on port, One on starboard, and one in the aft. The two on the sides cover the dorsal, and the two in the front, and the one on the rear cover the belly. All in all, this gives the Athena the ability to hammer any direction of confrontation. Most notibly to the stern, as four gunpods can lace anything in front of her.

Two torpedo tubes mounted in the bow. Above the bridge in the hull. These could not be hidden, but are cleverly legalized due to beurocratic loopholes. They can fire both space worthy torpedos, and intra-atmospheric missles. The Athena's Magazine is hidden behind the bow walls of the infirmary, she can hold ten torpedos, and four missles, or double of either. There is a scanner in place for security, so even if someone found the access panel by acciedent, they would not have access. One could fake the voice, eye and finger scanners, but not the electric ID cards oddly enough, and there are only three of them. Both tubes are on the stern port side of the vessel.

The Reactor; The Athena is powered by a state of the art Sterling Engine, fuled by a prototype reactor developed by Sakuluc Inc, the project is codenamed: Event Horizon. The cold side is powered by large stable coolant tank.

The Turbines; These are Type C. Photonic Laser Propulsion Beams. They produce heat by colapsing a coated lazer apon itself, creating a beam explotion, and thus producing thrust. This is an electronic system based on the original Aces of Eights design, and slightly modified. The original ship was factory built with five turbines, she now has nine. Two more were added to the aft, and two were mounted to newly instaled wings along the dorsal edge of the bow.

The Size; during refit, the Athena was expanded in several areas to make room for refit improvements, she is twenty percent larger because of this. No interior changes were made, the difference in size was built to accomidated the armermant, and the armor itself.

The Armor; The Athena has been recoated with Nalitindas Heavy Weave Armor. Her canopy and windows are Sortacle Superglass, a military grade combat veiwport material avilible to civilian markets. It is the top of the line availible currently. The seals for the veiwports are made of solid apoxies, with inlane titanmesh, which makes them impeirceible. She is invunerable to small arms fire, and resisitant to EMP. Heavy fire, such as cannon fire, or missles/torpedos will still scuttle her.

Plot Development: Help assist Onas in expansions and make money

Crew: Will need everything but captain, first mate will not be available right away unless someone wishes to create a history with Priya making them a trusted friend :: They will probably not be taking on the casual passenger
