Tari is a green eyed, redheaded bombshell. She keeps herself highly in shape.
Her appearance changes depending on what kind of job she's on, she can go from high class to street trash in a matter of minutes given the right accessories.
She has no tattoos or irregular piercings, just the standard one hole in each ear.

Tari has a compulsion to steal, it's more like she needs to steal rather than wanting to. Not that she doesn't enjoy the thrill of it. She's rather impulsive, blunt, and a drinker. This has gotten her into trouble in the past, but that hasn't stopped her yet. Not to mention she's a flirt to boot.
She uses her looks and sexuality to put herself in the proper place to get what she wants, though she doesn't sleep with men to get their money or information. She just makes them think she will.
When Tari finds a goal/target she's very focused on that, its hard to change her focus once its set.
She's sort of an insomniac, she usually only sleeps a few hours at one time. Also its hard for the woman to sit still for an extended amount of time.
To this day Tari has never killed anyone, injured yes, near death yes, but not outright killed. She's secretly afraid that if she crosses that boundary she won't be able to turn back and will become a monster.
Though she's a thief she is careful about who she steals from, she wouldn't steal from a fellow crew member unless it was all in good fun. She knows better than to steal from a person she'll be stuck on a boat with.

BACKSTORYTari was born somewhere on Persephone, to a woman who didn't give a damn. Leaving her baby in a hotel in the nice side of town, perhaps hoping some kind soul would take her in. Boy was she wrong. Tari ended up in the foster care system, it was easy when she was a baby. Too young to know any different. As she got older the homes got worse and worse.
When she hit the age of 13 she fled, striking out on her own. Learning the thief trade by trial and error, coming across the art of grifting because of her knack for using her charisma. She met an acquaintance that would stick with her for many years, a boy by the name of Jack Briggs.
Over the years she perfected her profession, expanding her qualifications to gathering information from people as well as their money or items. Thievery became sort of an obsession of Tari's, a compulsion which is hard for her to fight.
Around the time when Tari was 21 she came back into contact with Briggs, he'd been fresh out of prison and starting essential an empire of crime. Tari was drawn to him because he wasn't heartless and viscous like Minerva Colt. The thief avoided that woman like the plague, hating her with a furious passion.
Tari did some jobs for Jack Briggs, still does at times but not as often anymore. She's ventured from Persephone to see the 'verse, currently she's found herself stuck on Osiris. Not the best place to be for one such as Tari, but she keeps an eye out for a ship who isn't alliance so she can get off of the rock.
That happened when she boarded a ship called Elysium, the name struck a cord with Tari. Perhaps the promise of something better? But who knew. At first she was a passenger, playing grifter as a rich girl looking to travel. Months later that charade was admitted to be false when a job the crew was on took a side turn and Tari stepped up to help. Confronted with the fact that rich girls don't do what she can, she told the captain the truth about herself and waited to be kicked off at the next port. Instead she ended up forming a bond with Sidney and still flies with the ship called Elysium. Oh it's been almost two years now.
