Olympus
The Captain: Onas James Knox is a rising criminal boss, and has spent the greater portion of his adult life running chop shops on star ships. He is currently based on Persephone Prime, but that is only the first step to a greater dream. Give hit time, because that's all he needs.
Tell us about the Ship: The original name of the space station was the Argos. It was an industrial yard for erecting 'sky bridges' from prospective planets, to the upper atmosphere for extreme quantities of freight to be moved. When the war hit, the Argos was re-purposed by the Independents to house transports The use of it for these means was very short lived, as the Alliance was quick to 'clean' the station, and 'return' it to the proper owners. After the war ended, the Argos owners went into bankruptcy, and this station, as well as all other assets of the company were put into liquidation by the government. Reavers were blamed for the station's disappearance, and as no one wanted to test the truth of the story, the station was successfully moved to the far rim of the system to await a time when it could be "reclaimed" by the parent companies being shielded from the allegations.
Here the Argos waited quietly for the better part of a decade until by chance, Jackson Grimm was given an assignment by Nick Smith to find supplies to help advance their progress in the star ship super-trade. He stumbled on an old cargo manifest while scouring the cortex, and it showed a wealth of supplies that they could put to good use. Once he realized the scam, he quickly set into action to lay claim to the station, and begin using the Argos for his bosses plans. He showed his discovery to Onas, who immediately sent all available resources at picking it up, and transporting the dead nest back to friendly space.
For now, a refit is in order and the crew under Onas are working hard to put this old barn back into working order. When she is finished, she will house three star ships for use in ripper runs, The Aphrodite, The Thesis and The Nyx. She will also house an arsenal that would rival any modern frigate, including auto-cannons, torpedoes and countermeasures. The Olympus is not a war station by any means, but combined with the three star ships that ferry crew and run missions, she could withstand quite a beating.
The interior will be upgraded in Onas' fashion, and the supplies needed to accomplish this will be gained through both legitimate and illegal means. This process will be the one portion of the operation that will not be a full assault of the star ship super-trade, but will become the bases for all Onas' future dealings.
Plot Development: Onas needs a platform that is mobile to base his operations out of. This won't eliminate the need for ground side bases, but it will be a headquarters for his campaign.
Crew: The Olympus requires at minimum, fifteen people to man her, but can hold up to three hundred. The regular crew consists of a helmsman, docking control, maintenance, and navigation. She isn't a ship, she's a space station.
Requirements: I doubt anyone would want to join this station, it is only a platform. And a bases for the greater story. If you wanted an NPC here though, the only thing you must do is PM Onas.
Color Choice: There is no color group for this. Your either in the crime status, or an NPC.
Forums: Main bay, docking bay one, docking bay two, docking bay three, docking bay four. Quarters Wing. Bridge. Onas' Penthouse (Oh Yeah!! LOL)

Please know that the staff will work with you the best we can to help make your ship a success, however the ship's future and activity depends largely on it's captain. You need to be willing to work together with your crew to do missions/jobs..etc. The staff is here to assist you, not do the work for you. If your ship becomes inactive you may loose it, for good.
