Hair - Brown and usually the combed back and well kept style you would expect from a professional soldier who chose to have hair longer than his fingernail.

Unique Features - Cerberus has no striking features that he wasn't born with. The only thing about him that stands out is his build and height
Dressing Style - A suit that is plain, and dismissive. That is all he ever wears. Cerberus strives to be as forgettable as possible, and stays very much in the background.
Other -
Likes - THis is less simple than I would have Liked to make it. As an Operative Platform, Cerberus' job doesn't allow him the freedom to make choices in the way of likes, or dislikes. He is to enjoy what he is given. So in this way, we're diggin deep...
The future Alliance control of the Galaxy. Cerberus believes that the Galaxy is broken, and that the Alliance is the cure. One day, they will fix everything, one world at a time.
He enjoys working with Siren in all things, and helping her to learn herself, and watching her succeed.
He does tend to stay behind the scenes and he prefers it that way, being the hand that guides, and the voice of reason. Cerberus enjoys control.
He is always pleased when things function on their own, and need no help from outside sources. IE; A good planet, is a quite planet.
Cerberus stays physically fit, and enjoys his daily routine.
Dislikes - Anarchy.
Anyone being overly critical of, or rough on Siren.
Anyone second guessing his decisions, most specifically when it concerns Siren.
Things being underestimated, and therefore a situation is allowed to go unchecked for too long.
Conspiracies.
Quirks/Habits - As far as he knows, he has none. Siren would likely disagree.
Fears - Losing Siren, she is almost like his little sister. She is certainly the closest thing to family that he has.
Secrets - That Siren will have a lucid blackout in a critical moment.
Strengths - He has absolute confidence in his program for Siren, and has proved on many occasions that they are well ready for any situation.
Can handle a great deal of information and can remember small details.
Can fly rather well, and can operate most any kind of vehicle.
Weaknesses - He doesn't handle rejection very well.
Tends to stick to the Alliance playbook, so if someone comes up with a truly original play, they might well sneak right by him.
Overconfidence. Cerberus has absolute confidence that he and Siren are in the right, and that they can handle most anything.
Talents/Special Abilities - Has no truly remarkable talents. Negotiations if I had to pick anything.
Aspirations - To see the entire system in peace, and tranquility.
Overall Personality -
Cerberus was taught to be patient early on, but those ideals tend to fade to black when your mission gets more and more important. The truth is, he can be very impatient. He believes in aristocracy, and in the class system. He believes that people have roles to play in the universe, and that they must participate for the good of all mankind. In his mind, the reason Earth-that-was fell, was a direct attachment to the population not living to it's appropriate standard. So you might call him pompous, but he would say idealistic.

Your History -
Cerberus was born to an average family in the core. His birth testing was off the charts, and like so many abnormal children, the Alliance took note of him. He was not overtly abnormal, but simply scaled highly in critical thinking instincts, protective instincts, and creative instincts in genealogy markers. There are tests of this nature that measure how a child is likely to develop, and they can be very accurate. If a child, or in this case toddler, scores high in enough multiple areas, then that child is deemed of special interest. Cerberus was one of these. Many are chosen in this way, and if they do not pan out as their genealogy reports suggested, then they are phased down to lesser programs, or phased out altogether. His parents were offered the opportunity to put him into the gifted young citizen program, and they accepted.
This was thirty three years ago, and Cerberus never knew his real name, nor does he any longer care too. He began his regimented training at eleven, with all prior training as conditional and prepubescent behavior modification. Cerberus was never intended to become a full fledged Operative, but instead, was selected to be place into the Handler program, do to his genetic identity, and his natural emotional and subliminal responses. He was among three hundred and seventy nine template trainees who were applied to one supersoldier. And of them all, she liked him the best. So in the end, a six year old psychic chose her nine year old handler by hugging his arm in front of a camera and saying, "Nooo... I like him."
Cerberus couldn't deny that he had an instant attachment to the girl. She was funny and fascinating, and at every turn, in need of his guidance. The mom and pop trainers who constantly surrounded them, continuously told him of his mission to keep her safe, and fit for duty. That she was more precious to him than anything else. But he didn't need them to tell him that. He knew it already.
When they were into their teens, Cerberus was separated from his sister candidate for a few hours a day, but even with the rules against their seeking each other out, they always managed to find one another. He liked to think that they shared a bond that went beyond a simple blood relation. On some level, they were one person, in their souls perhaps. For Cerberus, training was as you might expect. Physical training in the morning, school throughout the day, advanced classes in the evening, and combat training in the late night. It was rough for a few years, but part of the training was to instill that there was no such thing as 'down time' and in most cases, including his own, it worked famously. Most agents, or operatives, were assigned to the same classrooms as he was, and as such, Cerberus stood out from the class because of his name. So for most of his waning and teen years, he prefered to go by his Id number, and not his codename.
When he was eighteen, and Siren was fifteen, the Alliance began her procedures. He had been briefed on her condition, and how she was likely to become, but also how much stronger her perception would be. Cerberus wasn't akin to anyone hurting Siren, in any way, but this bordered on rejecting orders. And that was a thing that they had all been conditioned to never do. As time went by, and she continued to graduate from one phase to the next (graduate meaning not becoming lobotomized and thereby useless), and with each trail, her powers of reading human emotions did grow substantially. Several classified reports from Cerberus noted these events as he reported his own feelings. She scared him in her sensory ability, she could tell him things he'd been trained to hide from her after her third surgery, and after her fourth, she could read multiple people at once as powerfully as she could only have read one in years past. And she underwent many more surgeries.
Another issue became apparent as well. Her mind began to wander. All their lives she had been beyond him in most things, able to pick apart problems and solve them faster than should be possible. But during the implementation period, Siren began to dehumanize the world around her. Cerberus saw it in her eyes. There were times when she no longer recognised her current surroundings, and she would become lucid, sometimes happening as many as nine times a day. She became physically ill during the periods, and would often take to rejecting all help, except for his own. On some very rare occasions, she would even reject his help, though he could never explain why. The Alliance had seen similar problems with other test subjects, and they began to doubt her abilities in ways that Cerberus found offensive, and for the first time in his life, he had to fight his own system to keep his bond sister in the program. It took a while, but he convinced the directors to continue working with her, and he began to keep a closer eye on what they were doing with her brain.
Cerberus was twenty when he graduated from Advanced Systems Formal School, or Program ASFS, a full two years behind the operatives chosen to work in their field ahead of him.(((OOC- Men like Theta))) He was put into his first formal combat academy, and began to work with Siren on team focused goals. It was at this time in his life, when he realised his and her purpose was meant for espionage and assassination. He took to his life's assignment with great satisfaction, as he had secretly wanted to do great things for the Aligned Planets, and this would give he and his bondmate, the perfect chance. But it also disturbed him to finally know Siren's role in life. She was to be a taker. A changer. And he was to only watch. He felt powerless to help her through some of her trials, but more than this, he simply wanted her to feel no pain.
At thirty four, he graduated from this training, and both he and Siren had undergone extensive test phases to be sure they were combat ready. Each phase became more enduring, more brutal and more creative. And with their combined effort, they succeeded in overcoming all obstacles. Even with their combined and all-encompassing success, the parliament still challenged Siren's duty status in lieu of her 'periods.' That's what Cerberus called them, though others had less bashful names for the symptoms. He fought for their tests at every turn as more and more, they were both being forced to the outside of the class. A fundamental trait shared by those teams who'd been phased out. Cerberus would not let this happen, he continued to pry and press and got them extra testing to perform, to answer all who took issue with her talent. In the end, it came down to a full awareness test. A live combat exercise, that would prove, once and for all, that she could handle the pressure of deployment, or not. Cerberus accepted the trial for her, even though it was quite literally life and death for her. No one placed more faith in Siren than Cerberus did, and he accepted the challenge on her behalf.
She passed the test.
At present, with their commission granted of combat ready, he and Siren were being assigned to the Penumbra Dawn, under the watchful eye of the Parliament. Cerberus knows that any mistakes, or losses will mean the boxing of his bond sister, and the end of his platform as a handler. His twenty four hour a day mission, is to see that Siren is accepted as the Alliances greatest asset, and to be sure that she fails in nothing.

Roleplay Example -
"Task Op 'Four One One One Eight' commencing," Cerberus relayed through the mic on the control board. The gathering of men behind him stood with arms on their chests, and smug looks of scrutiny on their faces.
Down in the test zone, Siren was released, and she wandered into the room. Cerberus keyed the personal mic between them, "Your orders are to search out enemy combatants, and eliminate them. Lethal force is authorised." He said where all could hear, but then in a lower voice, he added, "Remember what we talked about. Feel them out, and ignore their fear. I'm right here with you." He almost felt bad for the men who'd been sent in after her. A full line of inmates, ten career criminals in full armor, with hot weapons. They never really stood a chance. She'd have them eliminated in less time than it took them to shuffle in.
Cerberus watched on with satisfaction all over his face, as Siren moved through the compound, pausing without his aid, and clearly moving as her clarity showed her the way. She was dressed in nothing but a dark tee shirt, and some dark sweatpants. Bare feet, no weapons, no nothing. Only her wristband that he couldn't get her to take off. It may not have been impressive as far as uniforms go, but try to get an angry human weapon to put on cargo pants, when she is ornery, and confused as to whats wrong with what she was already wearing. As it was, he could care less if she had on a rhinoceros costume. So long as she performed well.
And she did. The first man she killed, was the lead Sergeant, all the way in the rear, trying to lead his team in a wide spread pattern, to find her amongst the walls. She slipped behind shadows, and under breaches, until they passed one by one, and finally came up behind him, choking the life from in with only two fingers. The men around him murmured.
Each man disappeared in much the same fashion, and it wasn't always clear right away, why she left some bodies lying where she'd killed them, and slid some into the shadows. Not clear immediately, but to Cerberus, it was a lovely tactic he could never replicate. The others didn't understand her sensory ability. He didn't always understand it himself. She knew which of her adversaries would come to check, and knew how they would react to a dead comrade, or to an empty position. And she seemed to choose the one that caused the most panic. And then she would strike. He has seeded the strategy into her head, but he never would have dreamed it would work so completely.
As the men disappeared over the course of the exercise, the man she left until last, began to realise that his team was being hunted. He backed into a corner and kept a close eye out. Cerberus leaned forward, his crossed arms breaking, as he nervously massaged his chin. The man had chosen his place well. The room had only one entrance, and it was well lit. He was trying to bottleneck her. The simulation rules were clear, Cerberus couldn't give her any real time intel, she would have to discern the trap on her own. He silently watched, grinding his teeth. Hoping that she wouldn't take the bait.
She appeared, suddenly in the doorway, the convict opened fire, and a slash of blood flashed in the doorway. The man quickly reloaded his weapon and prepared for her to come again, not moving from is superior position. Cerberus leaned forward, his eyes trained, trying to find her on a monitor to no avail. How hurt was she? Was she bleeding much? Could she complete her mission?
"She's hit, shut it dow..." The drill operator said, reaching for the emergency stop horns. They couldn't stop the exercise, she was still ok, she had to be! Cerberus seized the man's hand in a vice grip.
"Belay that order soldier. Continue the drill." The man's face was shocked, but Cerberus had authority here.
"But she's shot sir," He said, his voice breaking a bit under the strain from Cerberus' grip.
"She is. A good training opportunity for her, to learn to remain calm under duress. Unless anyone disagrees with me," He asked kindly turning to the group of parliment members. They all shook their heads, and the operator released his objective hand.
Down in the Arena, two silent hands appeared at the top of wall the marine was backed up to. Siren appeared from the darkness, her shirt torn and wrapped around her arm. She never made a sound, not a hint of pain over her comms. She lifted herself and crouched over the convict. He saw her shadow, and she timed her strike with his emotions, just as they had gone over. As she dropped, the man didn't try to turn and fire, he tried to run away, but she fell upon him, and used the rifle he held, to strangle the life from him. She passed her test, and they would be an active combat unit.
Cerberus was well pleased.
