Kazimir Matvai Petrova
"There is a house in Charming Town They call the Rising Son
And it's been the ruin of many a poor girl
And me, Oh God, I'm one
If I listened to my mama Lord I'd be home today
But I was young and foolish A handsome rider led me astray
Go tell my baby sister never do what I've done
To shun the house in Charming Town They call the Rising Son
My Mother, she's a tailor she sewed my new blue jeans
My sweetheart he's a rambler Lord he rides an old machine.
Now the only thing a rambler needs is a suitcase and a gun
The only time he's satisfied is when he's on the run
He fills his chamber up with lead and takes his pain to town
Only pleasure he gets out of life is bringing another man down
He's got one hand on the throttle the other on the brake
He's riding back to Redwood to own his father's stake
And me I wait in Charming Town The game my love has won
I'm staying here to end my life Down in the Rising Son."

He's easy to get along with because the man just simply could give a rats ass about whether you like him or not, but his natural affinity for friendliness draws you in closer. He is not without fault. Get the man angry and you should run for the hills because he can get violent and after years of scrapping and heavy lifting his strength is not lacking. He especially gets edgy around women being hurt, or drugs.
Kaz is an avid dog lover, any kind of dog. That dog you just ran away from because it looked like it was frothing at the mouth? Yeah well Kaz just set out a bowl of food and water for it. He loves dogs, and they're most definitely a major weakness.
He's generally a cheerful person, preferring to flirt aimlessly with any pretty face that gives him a wayward glance. But he isn't one to spill his guts to anyone, keeping his family history close to his heart and he does his best to hide any connection to his father and brother, not wanting to be recognized.

Your History - Kazimir was born to a loving mother and a father that was probably once a good man on Sihnon. But having turned to the local gang of their growing community he had earned a reputation for his cold nature and his willingness to kill. As that gang, the name of which Kazimir will not speak, as it spread they changed their MO from gun running to drugs. And his father was in charge of running the cartel. He was a trusted member, and an increasingly angry man.
His eldest son followed him like a dog, following orders. Kolzak was much beloved by Boris so when he had a second son, Kazimir, he expected another good little soldier. And for a while Kazimir did as he was told, getting involved with his fathers work. He was good at it too. And for a long while he and his brother became a team. Even seven years his senior Kolzak felt Kazimir could easily surpass him. However the birth of Suvi and Wladamir set Kazimir on a separate path. Boris was always busy with his cartel, always pushing his product and taking out the threats, only coming home to pay for his house and force his wife to please him. Someone had to look after these two little lives, and with his mother trying to recover from the hard labor of twins he took up that pedestal.
Boris came home less and less, and Kolzak followed. So it was left to Kazimir to take care of Suvi and Wladimir. He did for 13 wonderful years. He stepped out of his fathers business, despite the many threats to his life. In fact one of the gang members had threatened him as he was chopping wood, and as a hatchet zinged past his head he realized how bad a decision that had been.
Suvi was a wonderful girl. She was increasingly bright, and all too friendly. Suvi was the one that found Kirill, the English Bulldog. The pup had been badly beaten and left for dead. Suvi begged Kazimir to help her save him and of course Kaz couldn't say no to his sweet sister. They worked together side by side to try and save the pup but he badly needed a vet. Kazimir had used what little funds they had left to feed the household, so he went in search of a job. What he found was his calling; an elder gentleman had broken down in front of their home.
Kazimir surveyed the engine, having never even touched one at that point, but it was like the vehicle simply spoke to him. He gave him a quick fix, telling him he'd need to take it to a proper mechanic but it'd at least get him there. Not two hours later he received a wave for an apprenticeship. When he was told no money would be involved Kazimir regrettably declined, but Suvi would not hear of it. His bouncing ball of a blond haired sister demanded he call them back and accept.
But the dog, he'd argued. And Suvi handed him a stack of bills.
She'd found their fathers safe, and she had spyed on him for the code. Kazimir panicked, knowing full well his father would notice the bills missing. He knew Boris would come looking and sure enough he did. Kazimir had tried to open the safe, but Suvi refused to tell him the code arguing that she wanted to help Kaz and their mother. And when their father tried to beat the information of who the thief was out of his mother it was little Suvi who came forward. Boris took his baby sister that night and it would be the last time he saw her alive.
The next two years were rough, though Kazimir had taken the money Suvi had hidden and saved the pups life. Kirill grew close to him and for a long while he wouldn't go anywhere without the dog. Kirill was all he had left of his little Suvi. And while he grew more and more talented with machines and the ability to figure out what was wrong with just about anything his mind still drifted to her.
Wladimir, her twin, was equally distraught. The young boy had always been reserved, and he'd always been incredibly independent but after their father took Suvi away he'd become all but mute. Kazimir grew more and more concerned for him and when their father returned home he demanded Suvi be released. His father laughed at his insolence and told him he'd never see her again.
He'd sold her.
That night, still infuriated with his father, Kazimir snuck into the garage while he was busy with his mother. Her whimpering only angered him further. He sabotaged the well beloved motorcycle his father loved more than his family and wiped his hands clean of the man. Six hours later he came home in a box, and Kolzak came looking for Kazimir. The eldest brother held a gun to Kaz's head, expecting him to beg for his life or admit to killing their father. He admitted to the sabotage, but before his cold hearted bastard of a brother could pull the trigger Kazimir slashed at him with the hatchet he'd left lying out for his firewood chopping earlier this morning.
And then it was Kolzak who had the chance to beg, and beg he did. Kazimir held his brothers sick and twisted life in his hands. He promised to let him live... if he brought him Suvi.
He agreed.
But the apple didn't fall too far from the tree, and three days later Suvi came to Kazimir. Nearly dead. Thirteen years old and their eldest brother had let his crew hold her down and pump her full of every drug known to man. He kept her alive so she could die in Kazimirs arms. And before Kazimir had the mindset to get revenge for the murder of his much beloved sister Kolzak vanished.
Kazimir crumbled. His mind was in shambles and he threw himself deeper and deeper into work. His mind would be empty while his hands worked until they bled. Over time his heart would heal as much as it possibly could, and he would learn to smile again. But it would take him five years to be himself again. And in that five years he had sold their home, taken what money he had from the odd jobs he'd done and moved what was left of his family to Beylix. There he'd be able to take care of his family and not worry about Kolzak coming home to further torture them.
Life on Beylix was simpler, easier. Though two years of living there Kirill was shot after having bit a trespassing neighbor. Once again Kazimir was incredibly depressed having lost the only piece of his sister left. And once more he pushed himself back towards work to hide away from the world.
For two more years he would be a shadow of his former self. His mother would worsen, diagnosed with Alzheimer Disease. The onset was devastating as her mind quickly deteriorated and Wladimir at only twenty-two chose to take care of her full time.
But luck would find Kazimir.
One morning on his way to work he happened to nearly crash his bike into a woman. He threw his beloved bike down to the ground to make sure she was alright. Lo and behold it was a familiar face. Lin Hawkins. He remembered her, vaguely, as she had been a close friend of Suvi's growing up. Though they were years apart. He hit it off with her right away, practically adopting her as his kid sister. She mentioned she had opened her own mechanic shop and upon revealing he himself was a mechanic she convinced him to come work for her. It hadn't been a difficult choice.
Especially as they didn't even have him working with the machines yet.
She was good to him, giving him this job and never prying on her friends passing. He knew one day he'd feel obligated to tell her, but right now his heart just wasn't in it. Working for Lin the next few months brought back a bit of the old Kazimir. Once more he became his laid back self, willing to joke again. And it was on his way home from work that he spotted a small pup on the road, just trotting along. The tiny creature reminded him that life goes on and even though Suvi was gone; even though Kirill was gone, he had to keep going.
He took the pup home, calling him Pavlo.
To this day, a year later, he still works with Lin and Pavlo still follows him around everwhere. The pitbull even rides with him on Kazimirs motorcycle, strapped to Kazimir for safety until he manages to build a sidecar.

"K-Kaz.." She whispered as her small body stumbled and fell into his open arms.
Kazimir's black eyes boiled in emotion, tears forcing their way to freedom. Suvi.. not Suvi. He pulled her dying body closer to him, tipping her dirt covered face to look at him. Those bright blue eyes sparkled with the relief of seeing his face. Even in death his sister was only happy to know he was alright. He clutched her to his chest, a scream escaping him before he could stifle it. He turned that angry gaze to Kolzak, reaching for the shotgun he'd dropped to catch his sister.
But Kolzak was gone, having hightailed it as soon as Suvi's hand touched Kazimirs.
Kazimir lifted his sisters body, his face etched in rage. If Kolzak ever saw him again it'd be the last face he looked upon.
"Suvi.." Kazimir whispered, pushing her tangled blond locks from her face as he set her down gingerly on his workbench. Kazimir leaned over her lifeless form placing a soft kiss against each eyelid as he closed them.
"I em so sorry Suvi.. I em so sorry." He sobbed, his lips against her forehead.
Kazimir woke startled, his hand wrapped around the hatchet he kept on his bedside table. Pavlo rose on all four and let out a bark, helping the man get a grip on where he was. His chest rose and fell, rose and fell, and as he remembered to breath he lightly set the blade in his lap. The large pitbull jumped onto his bed, placing its massive head in his lap. Kazimir's large hand quickly put the hatchet away, not wanting Pavlo to harm himself in his attempt to comfort him. He grinned at his best friend.
"Did I wake you, Pavs?" He said scratching his ears. Pavlo's rump shook in delight and Kazimir gave his side a heavy pat. "Alright, pal, down. Bet you're hungry." He leaned over to check his clock and sighed. His alarm wouldn't go off for another two hours.
"We cen run first, da?" He said with a grin getting out of bed to throw on some clothes.
